ABOUT US
We are a real hidden gem, with friendly staff and a warm friendly atmosphere where our members benefit from live family entertainment and exclusive discounted bar prices, far less than local pubs, bars or restaurants.
We have some of the best social facilities in the area, with two full size snooker tables, two pool tables, dartboard, gaming machines and six widescreen TVs and projector system showing live sports events, all in glorious surround sound stereo. Outside we have a large relaxed and inviting garden and BBQ area, all in a casual and congenial setting.
Non members are welcome so please feel free to pop in for a visit.

We have entertainment onsite to keep you smiling during your stay. Whether you visit on your own for a quiet drink, or with a group of family or friends for a catch up, there's something for everyone at the Saltwood Social Club.

SNOOKER
We have two full size snooker tables located in the quiet, dedicated snooker room. If you play regularly you can store your cue in a padlocked container so you can play whenever the mood strikes.
POOL
Choose to play in the quiet of the snooker room or out in the main club as we have two tables available, both with dedicated lighting. Games are only 50p so its a very cheap way to keep children of all ages entertained.
DARTS
There is a brand new dartboard located in the safe and dedicated darts extension. Don’t worry if maths isn’t your strong suit, there's an electronic scoreboard ready and willing to do the job for you.
LIVE SPORTS
Come and enjoy LIVE Sports in a family friendly environment. We have multiple wall-mounted widescreen TV's and a projector system, all in glorious surround sound stereo!
GAMING
You can win big and small with our on site gaming machines. Test your mental ability with our multi-game quiz machine, play the themed scratch cards or go old school and enjoy a punt on the fruit machine.
FREE WIFI
Enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout your stay at the Saltwood Social Club. Check your emails, post social updates, search and browse the web. It’s all on us.
MEAT RAFFLE
We run a meat raffle most Sundays during Winter, Autumn and Spring, which has proved to be very popular! The meat is supplied by Best Meats UK. The raffle is open to members and non-members alike.
KEY IN THE BOX
At times during the year we run a Sunday afternoon cash prize competition for the members of our Club! Throughout the week members can purchase tickets which get entered in to a draw held on Sundays. If their number is picked and they are onsite, they get the chance to choose a key and try to open our locked box, if they succeed they win the current jackpot! ON DRAUGHT
We have a great selection of National & International beers & ciders on tap.
We also have guest Ale's on draught throughout the year such as Hobgoblin Gold, Shipyard and many others, all subject to availability of course...

The Saltwood Club is a non profit, committee run, CIU affiliated social club available to members and non members. It is an excellent place to spend time with family and to meet old and new friends alike. Discover or rediscover this attractive venue.
